Meditation for me is about many things, depending on how I feel. Sometimes I meditate to relax, allowing my body and mind to let go of the excessive stress of daily life. At times I meditate to see and understand the petty (and sometimes not so petty!) annoyances and frustrations that come my way. Mostly, it’s about listening – when my mind quietens I am able to ‘hear’ myself, my wise self, my inner voice that speaks truth and inspiration. I also use this time to ask myself questions and to then be silent to allow the answers to arise.

Whatever your meditation experience, I invite you to join me on Wednesday evenings to help focus your mind, to listen to your Self, to find your own answers, to be at peace. The meditations will be sitting, and usually silent, sometimes with music and sometimes guided depending on the consensus of the group.

Refreshments will be available.

I have been practising various styles of meditation over the past 19 years. Feel free to join us whatever your style of meditation.

The evening begins at 19:30 and ends at 21:30, and the cost is £8.00. Space is limited to 9 people.
